How can I, as a class teacher, log into the APDM system
Please visit apdm.moe.gov.my. Make sure that the class teacher has been registered by the APDM Administrator first. Please use: User ID: nokp guru (without @ symbol or hyphen. Example: 123456989123). Password: #### (it is recommended for users to change the default password given by the system after logging in for the first time by using the 'Change Password' menu as a data security measure).

Yes can. Click on the 'Student Data' menu. Then, please click on the 'Download Excel' option in the upper right corner of the screen. Student and parent data will be downloaded in Excel format.
How to delete student records, either due to moving out or overlapping records
Student records can be deleted from APDM through the respective class teacher through the 'Student Data' menu.
A. Check the student's name in the list of class students, and click 'Delete' at the end of the student's name.
B. Select a reason to delete the student record from your class list.
C. After selecting the reason, click 'Delete Student' to delete the record.
How to change a student's class when rearranging the class
Student classes can be updated or changed through the respective class teacher through the 'Student Data' menu. A. Why It's Important to Use APDM Application for Student Record Management
