I was doing some research online and came across crateco while comparing what different local suppliers carry and their material handling section had a wider variety than I expected which made me realise I hadn't fully thought through all the options available to me before. What I'm trying to work out now is whether the deck size and weight rating are the only things that really matter when choosing between models or if there are other factors like the castor wheel configuration that make a meaningful difference depending on how your floor is laid out and how tight your turning spaces are. We have a couple of narrow aisles that can get pretty congested during busy periods so manoeuvrability is actually a bigger concern for us than raw load capacity at this point.
